I know how important it is for you to be able to stay active, connected, and thriving at every stage of life. I am not here to tell you you just can't do what you used to do, that you have to just live with your current symptoms, or that it's all downhill from here.

Why I'm Out of Network—And What That Means for You

I’ve chosen to operate outside of insurance so I can provide the kind of care that allows for deep, individualized treatments and a thoughtful, whole-person approach. Every session is designed to give us the time and space to focus on your unique needs, ensuring that your treatment plan evolves with you over time.

This model also allows me to create a sustainable, balanced practice, where I can fully dedicate my attention and expertise to each patient’s healing journey. If you have out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to provide a Superbill so you can submit it for potential reimbursement.

I’m here to support your health in a way that feels intentional, thorough, and personal—because your care should be as unique as you are.

If you think everything is connected, you're in the right place.

I believe in a whole-person approach to treatment, addressing not just individual symptoms but the full picture of your health. Every aspect of your life—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual—plays a role in how you feel, and I'm here to help you find balance and ease in all areas.

Whether you’re dealing with persistent pain, changes in energy, emotional difficulties, or other challenges, my focus is on helping you find meaningful relief. Through personalized care, I aim to support your journey toward lasting wellness.

My priority is to help you reduce pain (of all kinds—including emotional), regain balance, and reclaim your vitality. You deserve to feel strong and at ease—and I'm here to help you achieve that.

Acupuncture can't help me with _________, can it?

I get it—acupuncture has a bit of a reputation for being "just for pain." But here’s the thing: it’s not just about your stiff neck or that nagging headache

Sure, it’s great for those, but it also works wonders for things you’d never expect.

Feeling stressed out and on edge?
Yep, acupuncture.

Battling digestive woes?
You guessed it—acupuncture.

Struggling to get a good night’s sleep?
Acupuncture’s got your back (and your nerves).

In fact, acupuncture is like your overachieving friend who always shows up when you need them.

Balancing hormones?
Check.

Boosting energy?
Check.

Helping you feel more human when you’re just... not?
Absolutely.

While it won’t fold your laundry or walk your dog, acupuncture can tackle the deeper stuff—body, mind, and all those little things in between.

So, go ahead, fill in the blank. Chances are, acupuncture’s already one step ahead of you.

"Will it work for me, though?"

I get it—when you hear “acupuncture,” you might be thinking placebo, woo-woo, or just another wellness trend.

But here’s the thing: acupuncture has been backed by science for decades, and the research keeps stacking up.

It’s not magic, and it’s definitely not a guessing game. Acupuncture works by stimulating your body’s built-in repair system, nudging everything from your nervous system to your circulation into better balance.

Chronic pain?
Studies show acupuncture can reduce inflammation and improve mobility.

Stress and anxiety?
Research confirms it lowers cortisol and boosts relaxation.

Gut issues, sleep problems, hormone imbalances?
Yep, there’s data on that too.

Don’t just take my word for it—major health organizations like the NIH and WHO recognize acupuncture for its effectiveness in treating a wide range of conditions.

Here's what the science says about acupuncture:

Studies show acupuncture can reduce pain, improve sleep, and lower stress by regulating the nervous system and promoting circulation.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the World Health Organization (WHO) recognize acupuncture for its effectiveness in treating chronic pain, migraines, and stress-related conditions.

Harvard Medical School research found acupuncture can enhance recovery and reduce inflammation naturally.

I like to keep the process simple. Here's what to expect next:

Step 1:  Listen

I start by truly listening to your experience. By understanding your unique story, I can offer personalized care that addresses how challenges affect your movement, energy, and daily life. This means you can expect to answer questions—a lot of questions. Trust that the more information you can give your practitioner, the better informed and personalized your treatment will be.

My commitment is to support you with care that focuses on you as a whole person—not just a collection of symptoms.

Step 2:  Assess

From a Chinese medicine perspective, we'll look at how your body’s systems are working together to influence your symptoms. Imbalances in energy, circulation, and internal disharmony often lead to pain, discomfort, fatigue, lack of focus, and many other symptoms you're probably familiar with. Through careful observation, including pulse and tongue diagnosis, I'll identify informed starting points to begin your treatment.

Step 3:  Treat, Re-evaluate, and Treat Again

Once we’ve identified our starting points, we get to work helping you heal and function more effectively. At each step of the way, I'll work to restore physical balance while also nurturing emotional well-being and connectedness, helping you feel more at ease, grounded, and aligned in both body and mind.

Each treatment is guided by your long-term goals, your short-term needs that day, and the information gathered through Chinese Medicine's diagnostic tools.

I am committed to helping you live well with a personalized approach that puts you at the center of care. I don’t just focus on treating isolated symptoms; I take the time to understand how these challenges affect your overall well-being—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and supported throughout your health journey.

Let’s take the first step toward helping you feel your best and live the life you really want.

Many patients begin to feel relief after only a few sessions.

Acupuncture isn't a miracle cure, but it can help with a wide range of challenges, including sleep, mood, hormones, metabolic conditions, autoimmunity, allergies, headaches, focus, sports injuries, chronic pain, and much more.

If you’re ready to try something new to feel better at all levels of your being and in all areas of your life, now is the time to take that chance.
